Today, our Year 6 children ran another successful ‘Fry-up Friday’,
where they made bacon rolls and vegetarian sausages baps. They also served up freshly-squeezed
cold juice drinks to the incoming parents and students of James Wolfe School. All
of their hard work, reciprocity and organisation paid off and resulted in a
profit of around £109. Plans for new books have already been made for £30 of
the takings, which will be used for the Year six book club next half term.
‘There were far more customers than last time, and we tried
our hardest to sell all of them, but we ran out of bacon at about 8.30am!’ - Arnas, 6N
Stay tuned for details of the next event run by our lovely
